• Reporting: If you choose report inappropriate content generated by AI, we collect information in your submission that may include the content being reported, and any additional details you provide.

3. Information the App Collects but NOT Shared with Us

3.1 Requests to Third-Party AI Service Providers

Direct Data Transmission: When you use the Coreply App with third-party AI services, the Coreply app collects on-screen content (that may include text messages, text being typed, and/or other content displayed on-screen) using the Accessibility Service API. Such information are formed into requests and sent to the AI service directly from the App to the third-party provider's API in order to generate context-aware typing suggestions. We do not intercept, store, or have access to this data.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you voluntarily provide to us (through support requests and reports) for the following purposes:

• Respond to your support requests and technical inquiries
• Diagnose and fix technical issues and bugs

• Improve the App such that the generation of inappropriate AI content can be better prevented.

• Report form: Data you submitted through the report form is transmitted over HTTPS.
• Custom API requests: Coreply supports transmitting data through HTTPS, if the base URL you set starts with 'https://', your data will be transmitted over HTTPS.

  The support for HTTP is intended for local network connections. We strongly advise you to use HTTPS for all transmissions over the internet.

7. Data Retention

We retain the information you provide only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.
